dealing with client expectations and will always allow full inspection of any

imagery by the client upon task completion. Timekeeping will be strictly

adhered to, and we aim to be always 10 mins early to every appointment we



SAFETY, SAFETY, SAFETY is our ethos and was brought over from our chief

pilot’s former work as a national Emergency Service drone instructor/ National

Qualified Entity ( NQE ). Our day to day operations are based around multiple

risk assessments and safety protocols, ensuring any task is delivered with

safety as the primary objective. DDV hold full Civil Aviation Authority

permission for using drones in a commercial environment, ( Permission for

Commercial Operations PfCO ) in addition to full public indemnity insurance up

to the sum of one million pounds. All pilots have substantial drone experience,

most of which has been achieved in the challenging area of Emergency Service

work, but where safety is paramount and comes before everything else.



All imagery captured on task will be securely stored by DDV using encrypted

technology and proven protocols. Once a task has been completed and the

secure imagery handed over to the client, no copies will be held by DDV and all

the imagery will be deleted from our records. We will never utilise client

footage on our website or on social media without the express permission of

the client, ensuring total confidentiality between company and client.
